All services previously offered at the Cal State East Bay Oakland Center are now being provided at our Hayward Campus and Concord Center.
The University remains committed to supporting the Oakland community. However, due to shifts in teaching modalities since the pandemic and the financial impact of maintaining a market-rate lease in downtown Oakland, services have been consolidated.
