Cal State East Bay’s One-Year Accelerated MBA program is offered in a cohort, hybrid format.
Balance your work and studies with a blend of 40% online learning and 60% in-person classes. You’ll meet in-person from 9am-5pm on Saturdays at the CSUEB Hayward Campus and online two evenings a week from 6-10pm.
In-person classes are held in the state-of-the-art Innovation Center, where you will collaborate with peers and faculty on groundbreaking projects. With our small, cohort-based learning experience, you'll gain personalized attention and support from both expert instructors and professional peers, enhancing your overall learning experience.To earn your MBA degree, you will need to complete 14 courses and one capstone project:
