California State University, East Bay's Concord Center provides an affordable, convenient, and all-inclusive solution for your meeting and training needs.

 
 

Located on a beautiful hillside setting with breathtaking views, the Concord Center is an ideal location for meetings, retreats, and conferences. All meeting rooms are equipped with high-speed internet access, LCD projectors, whiteboards, and feature optional hybrid-conferencing capability. Trained, friendly staff is available onsite to provide meeting and technical support.

Conference rooms are available for rent Monday through Friday at standard corporate or non-profit rates. In order to best suit your needs, the Concord Center will open its doors 30 minutes prior to the starting time of your event.

Off-hour and weekend rentals may be available on a case-by-case basis and subject to staffing availability (additional charges applied based on staffing costs). Rates include all A/V equipment and onsite technical support.

Payment is due within 30 days of the conclusion of your event.

Directions to the Concord Center

For your convenience, we have compiled directions to the Concord Center from virtually everywhere in the Bay Area.


Location

The Concord Center is located in the Mt. Diablo foothills with commanding views of the surrounding area. It can be accessed from either Ygnacio Valley Rd. or Pine Hollow Rd.


From Hayward/Oakland

Follow I-580 W, CA-13 N/Warren Fwy and CA-24 E to Ygnacio Valley Rd in Walnut Creek. Follow Ygnacio Vally Rd to the Concord Center. Turn right on Campus Dr.


From Pleasanton/Livermore

Follow I-680 N to Ygnacio Valley Rd in Walnut Creek (exit 46B). Follow Ygnacio Vally Rd to the Concord Center. Turn right on Campus Dr.


From Marin County

Take US-101 S to I-580 E. Take I-580 E to I-80 W to CA-24 E. Exit on Ygnacio Valley Rd in Walnut Creek. Follow Ygnacio Valley Rd. Turn right on Campus Dr.


From the San Francisco/Bay Bridge

Take I-80 E to Oakland. Merge onto I-580 E towards downtown Oakland. Take CA-24 E toward Walnut Creek. Exit on Ygnacio Valley Rd in Walnut Creek. Follow Ygnacio Valley Rd. Turn right on Campus Dr.


From the Oakland International Airport

Take I-880 N to Oakland. Take CA-24 E toward Walnut Creek. Exit on Ygnacio Valley Rd in Walnut Creek. Follow Ygnacio Valley Rd. Turn right on Campus Dr.

The OAK BART station is located just across for the Terminal 1 baggage claim area and a short walk from Terminal 2.Take BART from OAK to Coliseum Station. From Coliseum Station, take the Richmond(Orange) train to the 12th St/City Center Station. Transfer to the Antioch (Yellow) train. Exit at the Concord Station. The Concord Center is a mile 4.2 mile taxi/ride share ride from the Concord BART station.


Parking

Event attendees may park at no charge in the Student Parking lot. Upon entering the property, you will see signs directing you to this parking area.
